For A Change

Chinese Garden plans shelved! Rain..............................

We went for dinner and walkabout. Quite interesting "experience"...hahaha, but quite happy to see them enjoying themselves. I still think that occasional plans do help somehow.

Next time go Chinatown for the fish bee hoon?

Tired? Lazy?

Had a good game today two hours through. Ruth is really good sia. What I struggle to achieve on the court is accomplished by her gracefully. Guess that differentiates the good players from the amateurs. But you only get better playing with the better players! Good that everyone was trying their best. Kong Teng adds a strained hamstring to his tennis elbow. Hope he gets better. I'm surprised and yet happy that he turned out to be the regular player from the entire group. Original players all busy with their own stuff, left with only Joan and me. Hopefully this carries on for a while, but who knows how long everyone will be here. Will I still be here?

For you. A little concerned to see the struggle actually, but glad to see the perseverence. Will always be there when you need me. Sorry about being insensitive just because I was lazy. I hope tomorrow makes up for it okie? :os

Gotta get that GPS......

Tingie & Karen

We met up again after not sure how long. Seems like we have individually gone through our own paths for a while. We are all not in the same environment as we were when we last went out. It was nice to meet Karen again after all this time. Good to see that she is doing ok on the overall, though she managed to shop a few hundred bucks just because I could not meet her earlier!!!

Chatted with Tingie for a while again. Uncertainty looms and yet optimistic. All the best to both of us. Similar situation and yet different. (You know what I am talking about.)

Till we meet again...

P.S. Ellenborough Market Cafe is so so only. Considering the hype about it.

Birth Of Suzuki Shrimp

Long Sunday

Missed both calls by Karen and Tingie in the morning. Was a little surprised when Karen mentioned that the doors were closed for the one hour that she waited. Tingie and me went to try for the third service. Doors were locked with no one! Hmmm........THEN I saw the notice.... Service is at Singapore Indoor Stadium this week! Wah lau...super sotong...

Early trip to IKEA then. Had to force the giggling Tingie to choose her marvellous looking frame that she is going to put scrap in. Hopefully she is artistic :op All the while unable to contact soft-spoken Jen, who sounds like she is going to blast my ears off through Tingie's phone. BUT she says she is soft-spoken. She must have a lot of self confidence. Good. But still remain uncontactable until Tingie and me have attacked some grass jelly watermelon dessert in Xin Wang Cafe. Jen forgot her phone!!! *dramatic music*

Had long chats with Tingie. She knows what I am talking about concerning her life and I know what she is talking about concerning mine. Ironically how we are a little similar and yet it seems acceptable at one angle but abominable in another. Perhaps it is all just a perception. But well, I just have my reservations because I do not know him. She has to convince me someday. Wait till she tell him we went shopping for wedding bands! Wahahaha.......Tingie is so going to be a dropout of Mediacorp. Absolutely unable to play her role in any act...sigh...disappointing lady! What measure finger? What? What? What? Har? Har? HAR?!

Family dinner at Hong Kong Street (again). Davy was amused by my picture. Do you still want to be my friend if I look like this?

Then I took some pictures with Deborah. She likes taking pictures these days. Hehehe, naughty girl look somemore!

Ah Qing came back today! Can't wait to see her pictures using my camera. Think I remembered to changed the settings back. Need to consider the tripod soon. Introduced fried abacus to her. Hope she liked it!
